Back in August, I decided that one thing I wanted to try to focus on water fire hydrants. I’d keep an eye out for interesting fire hydrants and share them. Well, I haven’t taken too many, but I grabbed this one last week on my way home and wanted to share it.

Water fire hydrants? Are there any other types? I live the silvery blue tones. And man that’s a lot of snow…
I think I was distracted. Usually I’d add the cold tone in, but that’s how it came out. All I did to this was crop it and add the vignette. I’ve been getting it right more and more these days.
Score. I take it you mean getting it right straight from the camera like the palm tree shot. I’m such a noob in photography.
I love it when people have collections like that. Hope you got some pics of them on your Europe trip! Later you could make a coffee table book :).
