I rarely make it into my own photos. Occasionally someone else will pick up my camera and I’ll be surprised to see me on my computer when I get home, but that’s about it. So today, after reading a post on Digital Photography School, I decided to take some self-portraits of my own. I stopped by Wal Mart to get a couple of lighting tools (windshield shades make for cheap flash reflectors), hooked my camera up to my TV so I could see what I was doing, picked up random props and started shooting away. The one thing that made it a little trickier was that it the TV ended up showing the images a bit brighter than they actually were. So they looked bright enough on the TV, but were too dark on the computer. So a little exposure correction was in order.
Well, here are the results. Any thoughts?
